The organizers announced a series of open training sessions and short group classes designed for participants with different levels of training.
The format was made as accessible as possible
Classes are planned to be held at several sites in order to distribute the flow of visitors and not overload the central part of the park. The schedule includes jogging, stretching, basic functional training and family activities on the weekend.
By the middle of the season, the organizers want to supplement the program with a series of short lectures on recovery, load and a reasonable pace of outdoor training.
