The production cluster began modernizing its warehouse infrastructure

Passengers have already noticed new signs and a transition pattern, which should reduce the time it takes to find the right platform.

The site management stated that the update should speed up internal logistics and reduce the processing time for deliveries in key areas.

The work was divided into several stages

First, specialists will replace navigation, markings and some equipment, and then move on to setting up new digital accounting scenarios. Representatives of resident companies note that even partial optimization of warehouse processes already helps to more accurately plan the workload of personnel and transport.

After completion of the first stage, cluster participants expect to receive a more transparent picture of the shelf life and movement of batches within the complex.
