Center administrators say that the new scheme will allow the flow to be more evenly distributed and reduce the load on daytime hours. At the same time, staff updated queue prompts and document preparation instructions to reduce the number of repeat visits.
If the evening windows maintain a steady load, the extended schedule is promised to be fixed on a permanent basis for a number of related services.
